Cynthia L. Elliott is a three-time #1 best-selling author, inspirational speaker, cultural pioneer, and founder of the SoulTech Foundation. Her work focuses on helping individuals and communities thrive in the rapidly evolving age of artificial intelligence.
Raised in an orphanage and foster care, Cynthia’s early life shaped a lifelong commitment to expanding opportunity and empowering others to rise beyond circumstance. That journey inspired the creation of the SoulTech Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that underserved women, youth, and communities have access to the skills, education, and support needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia pioneered the fields of brand communications and influencer marketing, practices now widely used across industries and studied in universities worldwide. Her work has influenced culture, media, and emerging technology for more than fifteen years.
Through the SoulTech Foundation, Cynthia leads initiatives that combine AI literacy, education, emotional intelligence, and holistic wellbeing practices to help individuals develop the resilience and capabilities required for the future of work and life.
Cynthia is the author of the books Memory Mansion, Unleash the Empress, and A New American Dream, which explores how humanity can build a more equitable and prosperous future in the age of AI. She also hosts the podcast SoulTech with Cynthia, where she explores the intersection of technology, consciousness, and human potential.
